**Job Title: Executive Assistant & Sales Coordinator**
**Responsibilities**:
**Executive Support**:Provide comprehensive administrative support to sales executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare necessary documentation for executive meetings.
**Sales Coordination**:Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless coordination of sales activities.
Assist in the preparation and organization of sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
**Customer Interaction**:Act as a point of contact for customer inquiries, providing information and support as needed.
Maintain positive relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction.
**Data Management**:Manage and maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and business development initiatives.
Utilize CRM tools to track and report on sales performance metrics.
**Event Coordination**:Coordinate and support sales events, conferences, and trade shows.
Assist in the planning and execution of marketing and promotional activities.
**Sales Reporting**:Generate regular sales reports and dashboards for the sales team and management.
Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- 5 to 6 years of experience in an executive support or sales coordination role.
**Skills**:
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM tools.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
**Key Performance Indicators**:
- Timely and accurate executive support.
- Efficient coordination of sales activities.
- Positive customer feedback and satisfaction.
- Quality and accuracy of sales reports.

**Salary**: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year

**Education**:
- Bachelor's (preferred)
