Job description

SALES COORDINATOR:

- JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

2. Close coordination with Internal departments & Regional salespeople for Reports & Sales cases
3. Sending offers
4. Responding to and coordinating all internal meeting requests
5. Assisting in implementing the sales strategy as set by the Sales manager, including strategies for
encouraging repeat business and Direct selling
6. Assisting in Hiring process
7. Courtesy calls to Existing & New Customers
8. To record the progress of all enquiries and translate into a monthly report, business trends,
enquiry conversion rates, etc directed by the Sales Manager
9. Up-keep of a client and agents database
10. Post Purchase Order activities e.g Preparing Work Orders, Interacting with various depts.,
Updating the customers of delivery dates, Dispatch documents etc
11. Interacting with Adv agency for Product Brochures
12. Vendor Registrations / Tenders
13. Payment Follow up’s
15. Preparing Monthly / Quarterly / Annual MIS
16. Knowledge of Tally is added advantage

JOB REQUIREMENTS
1. Fluent in MSOffice: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
2. Excellent people skills
3. Gender: Female
4. Ability to prioritize and coordinate tasks and assignments
5. Well-organized
6. Experience: 1-3 years
7. Basic Qualification: Any Degree ( Electronic Background Must )
8. Location: Pune
9. Salary: As per Industry Standards
a. Good command of English
b. Good Communication skills & E-mail drafting skills,
c. Basic Admin Knowledge
d. Strong Control over Web Browsing / Searching, Mass mailers
e. Understanding Commercial Terms
