
Amazon Account Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Account Management**:
- Manage and optimize product listings on Amazon, including title, bullet points, descriptions, images, and pricing.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve product ranking, increase visibility, and drive sales growth.
- Monitor and analyze account performance metrics, including sales, traffic, conversion rates, and customer feedback.
- **Advertising & Promotions**:
- Create and manage Amazon Advertising campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, etc.) to drive traffic and sales.
- Develop promotional strategies and participate in Amazon's deal events (Prime Day, Black Friday, etc.) to maximize sales.
- **Data Analysis & Reporting**:
- Analyze performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Generate regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- **Customer Experience**:
- Monitor and respond to customer reviews and inquiries to maintain a positive brand image and address any issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with Amazon’s policies and guidelines to avoid account suspension or other penalties.
- **Collaboration**:
- Work closely with the product development, marketing, and sales teams to align strategies and ensure consistency across all channels.
- Coordinate with Amazon’s account support team to resolve any issues or escalations.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience managing Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central accounts.
- Strong understanding of Amazon’s platform, including SEO, PPC, and advertising tools.
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Google Analytics).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Familiarity with Amazon FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) and Amazon Brand Registry.
- Certification in Amazon Advertising or related fields is a plus.
