**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and generate new business opportunities through proactive outreach, including cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients by providing exceptional customer service and regular follow-up.
- Present design solutions and proposals to clients, effectively communicating the value of our services.
- Collaborate with the design team to develop proposals that meet client needs and expectations.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by closing deals with residential and commercial clients.
- Stay up to date on interior design trends, products, and competitors to provide relevant information to clients.
- Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts for management review.
- Assist with marketing efforts by representing the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events.
- Provide insights and feedback to the design and marketing teams to enhance service offerings.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in interior design, real estate, or related fields.
- Strong interest in interior design and a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand client needs and translate them into design solutions.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
