**Role Overview**

We are looking for a **Sales Growth Associate** who can drive sell-through at the store level and build long-term partnerships with key retail accounts — including top baby stores and standalone outlets. This is a high-impact, relationship-driven role focused on **growing store performance, ensuring timely replenishment**, and maximizing visibility for our brands across retail touchpoints.

You’ll get the opportunity to collaborate with some of India’s **most premium retail chains and specialty baby stores**, making a real impact on how global products reach Indian parents. This is a **hybrid role**, with a balance of office-based coordination and on-ground retail visits — not a full-time field sales job.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Act as the main point of contact for assigned retail partners
- Manage reorders, stock levels, and ensure on-time replenishment
- Track in-store sell-through performance and suggest growth actions
- Ensure execution of visual merchandising, product training, and promotions
- Address delivery, operational, or stock challenges proactively
- Share field insights to help shape strategy and brand-level decisions
- Collaborate with internal teams (supply, marketing, finance) to ensure smooth execution

**Requirements**:

- 2-4 years of experience in B2B retail sales, key account handling, or merchandising
- Prior experience in chain stores, lifestyle, or baby product categories preferred
- Strong communication, follow-up, and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets and reporting
- Willingness to travel locally for store visits and partner meetings

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
