**Job Title: Process Expert - Hire to Retire**

- The Employee Data Management team is responsible for managing various stages in the careers of an employee in SIEMENS which includes activities like maintaing employee personal particulars in WD and SAP, Hiring, Confirmation, Promotion,Transfers and Seperation process and query resolution of multiple entities in India operations.
- Manage employee particulars in SAP and WD.
- Experience in different products of employee data management.
- Sort and prioritize daily requests to process and deliver within the SLA.
- Execute and monitor the complete process of employee management.
- Working with Team Lead to drive improvement initiatives within the team.
- Provide resolution for employee queries.
- Better team coordination.
- Proficiency in MS Office Applications like Word and Excel.
- Knowledge in SAP HR and WD.

- Should be able to multi-task, managing both operations activities and special projects.

- Ability to coordinate and complete tasks as per schedule.

- Demonstrated effectiveness in working with customers.
