**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and nurture leads to convert them into sales.
- Engage with potential clients through calls and meetings, presenting our software solutions.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences.
- Maintain a positive attitude in the face of rejection and stay committed to sales goals.
- Collaborate with the sales team to improve strategies and conversion rates.

**Requirements**:

- Strong ability to convince and close deals.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work diligently under pressure.
- Eagerness to learn about software and technology.
- Resilience in facing challenges and rejections.
- Post-graduation in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
