Planning and undertaking UX research and analysis to create meaningful and actionable insights by understanding employees’ behaviors, needs, expectations and pain points.
- Ideate multiple concepts and translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences.
- Service design and skills needed to support the team like user journey mapping, needs and sentiment analysis and any other tools, methods or processes that help you understand and define end-to-end UX.
- Iterative design methods and processes that follow Lean UX and Design Thinking approaches, testing hypotheses, concepts, and prototypes with our users.
- Working collaboratively across teams, disciplines, and regions to ensure that we approach our problem-solving with the necessary diversity of thought.
- Ability to speak to technical constraints, experimentation, product, business, and strategy connecting across disciplines to cultivate collaboration between teams.

- Outcome-oriented - we need designers who understand that research is a path to outcome, rather than an end.

**What you will need**:

- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Proven experience of minimum 5 years in similar role
- A solid grasp of user-centered design (UCD), planning and conducting user research, user testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, usability and accessibility concerns.
- Experience in new product development with deep understanding of UX processes, design research & service design
- Ability to work with a geographically distributed team by clearly and effectively communicating design processes, ideas, and solutions to teams.
- Must have experience in engaging with senior leadership.
- Willing to take strategic initiatives.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: From ₹500,000.00 per year
