**Role Description -**

The customer is at the centre of everything we do at CashKaro. Our teams are cross-functional and inspired by the goal of improving the well-being of our users and businesses. Our cross-functional team of designers, researchers, engineers, and product leaders partner across the CashKaro family of products as one team to deliver unique and meaningful products for our million customers.

At CashKaro, user experience designers influence teams to make customer-centric decisions across the product development lifecycle. This includes drawing on data and research to inform design concepts and decision-making. We start with asking the right questions and end with optimized deliverables that drive valuable outcomes for our customers and business. Our designers are great storytellers, active listeners, technology enthusiasts and experts in their craft.
- As a UI/UX designer Level 3, you will advocate for our customer needs and lead project execution in a complex or strategic product domain. You will establish/follow a streamlined product-building process, work across domains and your cross-functional team.

**Key Responsibilities -**

Independently partner with cross-functional team members including product managers, content strategists, and researchers in the conceptualization and delivery of our customer-focused products- Create high-quality interaction design to improve ease of use, discoverability and comprehension, while being able to meet requirements, timelines and tell the story of the work.- Leverage and extend the use of established design system, style guide, patterns and assets in the creation of UX analysis, solutions, and deliverables- Actively contribute to the wider UX community, possibly mentoring and developing others, leveraging your strengths to help others grow.- You will report to the UX Manager and be an active member of our diverse design team where we use our design and research skills to inspire and influence the company.- We believe that different perspectives and backgrounds inside our team lead to innovation and inclusion in our product design. We advocate for meaningful and engaging experiences for our diverse users.- We support each other, learn from challenges, and have fun along the way.- Work with cross-functional team members in the execution and delivery of CashKaro’s products and services, using a customer-focused, iterative design process.- Create high-quality deliverables on a work-stream with some oversight and guidance from a senior designer, within timelines and project requirements.- Leverages and fosters the use of established UX techniques, templates, presentations, and assets in the creation of UX analysis, solutions, and materials- Play an active role in our thriving, inspiring, and fun UX Design practice and culture.**Key Requirements -**

4-6 years of experience in building consumer facing products, both UX and UI- A portfolio with 2-3 detailed UX case studies (Launched or unlaunched products) Also, must have a body of work that are currently in use by the intended users at scale.- Excellent listening, written, verbal communication skills, storytelling, and documentation skills.- Analytical, creative, and strategic thinker - able to develop innovative solutions to business problems.- A portfolio of previous work must be presented incorporating UI designs and/or sketches that demonstrate an understanding of wireframing, interaction design, and design best practices.- Hands-on expertise in use case development, storyboarding, mock-ups, and highly interactive prototypes.- Expertise in collaborating with user research.- Having an expert level skill in visual design and prototyping is a must.
