- Monitor production schedules and coordinate with teams to achieve targets.
- Supervise dyeing recipes, shade matching, and process parameters.
- Ensure machinery maintenance and smooth plant functioning.
- Maintain ERP system entries and generate operational reports.
- Lead quality improvements and resolve process issues.
- Ensure safety and compliance within the plant environment.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in têxtile dyeing (velvet experience preferred).
- Strong knowledge of dyeing machines, chemicals, and production workflow.
- Hands-on expertise in shade matching and dyeing processes.
- Mandatory experience working on ERP systems.
- Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving

Pay: ₹19,618.88 - ₹78,790.72 per month
