About the Company Sanchi Velvet is a leading textile manufacturing company specializing in high-quality velvet fabrics With a strong commitment to innovation craftsmanship and excellence we cater to both domestic and international markets Job Summary The Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing the entire manufacturing process ensuring that production runs efficiently cost-effectively and meets quality standards The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of textile production processes particularly in velvet manufacturing Key Responsibilities Plan organize and manage the day-to-day production operations to meet targets in quality quantity and delivery timelines Supervise and coordinate production staff to ensure smooth workflow across departments Monitor production schedules materials and inventory levels to optimize resource utilization Ensure compliance with quality control safety and maintenance standards Collaborate with the design procurement and quality assurance teams to resolve production issues Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs Prepare production reports analyze data and recommend corrective actions when necessary Maintain equipment and ensure timely preventive maintenance to minimize downtime Lead motivate and train production staff to achieve performance goals Qualifications and Experience Bachelor s degree in Textile Engineering Production Management or a related field Minimum 5-10 years of experience in textile manufacturing preferably in velvet or fabric production Strong understanding of textile machinery production planning and quality control Excellent leadership communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Preferred Skills Knowledge of modern textile production technologies and ERP systems Hands-on experience in process optimization and lean manufacturing practices Strong analytical and organizational abilities Job Type Full-time Pay 16 457 36 - 78 772 12 per month Work Location In person
