Job Title Manager - Textile Production Liaisoning Company Sanchi Velvet Premises of Sunshine Velvet Pvt Ltd Industry Textile Industry Location Ankleshwar Gujarat About the Company Sanchi Velvet part of the Sunshine Velvet Pvt Ltd group is a leading name in the textile industry specializing in high-quality velvet fabrics With a strong presence in Ankleshwar Gujarat the company is known for its commitment to excellence innovation and customer satisfaction Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Manager - Textile Production Liaisoning with a strong background in textile manufacturing and operations The ideal candidate will have 10 years of experience in production management process optimization and industry liaisoning This role requires hands-on expertise in managing textile production units ensuring compliance with industry standards and maintaining smooth coordination with stakeholders Key Responsibilities Oversee end-to-end production operations within the textile unit ensuring timely and quality output Develop implement and monitor production plans schedules and targets Manage liaisoning activities with government bodies industry associations and regulatory authorities Ensure compliance with statutory and safety regulations Supervise and lead the production team to achieve productivity goals Monitor quality control processes and reduce wastage Collaborate with vendors suppliers and clients for smooth operational flow Maintain MIS reports and provide regular updates to management Drive cost efficiency process improvements and innovation in production Requirements Graduate Postgraduate in Textile Engineering Production Management or equivalent 10 years of experience in textile production management Strong knowledge of fabric production processes preferably velvet textile finishing Excellent liaisoning skills with government and external agencies Ability to lead teams delegate tasks and handle multiple priorities Strong analytical problem-solving and decision-making skills Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems preferred What We Offer Competitive salary of 50 000 per month Opportunity to work with a reputed textile manufacturing company Professional growth and career advancement Supportive work environment with long-term Job Type Full-time Pay 12 146 10 - 56 623 15 per month Work Location In person
