About Us Taradevi s Enclave is promoted by a set of investors first gen entrepreneurs who all are ex-corporate professionals bankers Promoters have curated many sites in Shimla and other parts of North India with aggregate development potential of 40 lac sq ft We are targeting a new launch every 6 months with Taradevi s Enclave being one of them We are building team across verticals and levels in accordance with these targets Job Summary We are a leading real estate development company seeking a dynamic and well-connected Liaisoning Officer to manage and coordinate approvals permissions and compliance with various government and regulatory authorities The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of real estate regulations in Delhi NCR and experience handling documentation and follow-ups with departments such as DDA MCD RERA Town Planning etc Key Responsibilities Liaise with government departments DDA MCD RERA Fire Environment etc for obtaining necessary approvals and NOCs Ensure timely submission and follow-up of applications documents and compliance requirements Maintain good working relationships with officials and consultants involved in the approval process Keep track of updates in government policies and regulations affecting real estate development Prepare and maintain reports on the status of various permissions and submissions Assist the legal and project teams in ensuring all approvals are aligned with project timelines Coordinate for land acquisition and related paperwork if required Candidate Requirements Graduate in any discipline Law Urban Planning background is a plus 5 years of experience in liaisoning preferably in the real estate or infrastructure sector Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills Well-versed with Delhi NCR real estate regulatory landscape How to Apply Interested candidates can apply directly through Indeed or send their updated resume to hr taradevis com with the subject line Application - Liaisoning Officer - Delhi Job Type Full-time Pay 50 000 00 - 120 000 00 per month Education Bachelor s Required Experience Liaisoning 2 years Required Work Location In person
