**Criteria:

- **Any Graduate with 1+ years of experience in Sales-support/customer service

**Job Profile:

To manage the complete order management life-cycle, ensure excellent services to the customers, coordination activities from plant location, communication with sales & other concern departments, management of customer relationship, and support sales team to achieve targets for the region.

**Technical Skills**:

- Strong technical background
- Good understanding about the commercial aspect of business
- Providing pre-sales & post-sales support
- Analytical: enjoys and is good at working with numbers and solving problem
- Prepare quotations, sales reports
- Provide product & service information & advice

**Responsibilities**:

- Order processing in system keeping in view production schedule, material availability
- Coordination with Sales, Production planning, Logistics, Accounts department in line with market requirements, inventory, forecast, and production schedule, dispatches, customer financials to ensure customer delight
- Assist organization in achieving business targets.
- To anticipate and deliver on customer needs & develop a long term business relationship with customers.
- New product promotion and market feedback to management for better sales strategies.
- Own and resolve customer grievances in a timely manner.
- Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customer’s' requests.
