**Key Responsibilities**:
*Training Program Development: Create and update training modules, manuals, and other learning resources. Develop and deliver training programs for new hires and existing staff. Conduct needs assessments to identify training gaps and areas for improvement.
*Training Delivery: Conduct interactive training sessions, workshops, and presentations. Provide coaching and mentoring to trainees. Facilitate discussions and address questions from trainees.
*Performance Evaluation and Feedback: Assess employee performance and provide constructive feedback. Monitor training results and track employee progress. Identify areas where employees need additional training or support.
*Process Improvement and Collaboration: Collaborate with operations and quality assurance teams to identify training needs. Develop strategies to improve performance and efficiency. Stay up-to-date with process changes and updates.
*Documentation and Reporting: Maintain records of training activities and employee progress. Prepare reports and MIS for operations teams on training status.
**Skills and Qualifications**:
- *Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design.
- Ability to create engaging and effective training materials.
- *Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact with diverse groups.
- * Familiarity with BPO operations and customer service principles.
- * Experience in training or teaching, preferably in a call center or customer service/Sales
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
