**Position : Teacher Trainer / Teacher Facilitator / Master Trainer / Master Facilitator**

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Facilitating the professional development content through workshops/ seminars/ small group sessions/ in
- person sessions to the teachers.
- Assist in preparing session abstracts, scripts, slides, ready docs, and beneficiary success stories, assessments, lesson plans as per project need.
- Implement the content strategy as suggested by the reporting manager.
- Ensuring teachers integrate technology in pedagogy to improve teaching and student learning outcomes.
- Building teacher networks and encouraging teachers to share their resources and knowledge.

**Who we are looking for**:

- Education : Master’s Degree or equivalent in development sector/trainings
- Experience: Minimum 4-7 years in training preferably in skill development.
- Instructional design: The ability to design and develop effective curriculum, training materials, and assessments.
- Training delivery: The ability to facilitate training sessions in-person or virtually.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and concisely.
- Assessment and evaluation: The ability to assess the effectiveness of training programs, collect feedback, and use data to make improvements.
- Leadership: The ability to lead a team of trainers and support staff, providing guidance and direction to ensure the success of training programs.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stay on deadline
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to work independently, Result Oriented and takes initiative

Pay: Up to ₹600,000.00 per year
