As an E-commerce Executive specializing in ecommerce marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our presence on these platforms. You will be responsible for driving sales, enhancing product visibility, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Your duties and responsibilities will include:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Platform Management**:Develop and execute strategies to maximize our presence on e-commerce marketplaces such as Amazon, Purplle, and Nykaa.
Create and optimize product listings, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compelling content.
Monitor product pricing, inventory levels, and ensure they are competitive and well-maintained.

**Marketing and Promotion**:Plan and implement marketing campaigns to boost product visibility and sales. Collaborate with the marketing team to create and optimize advertisements, promotions, and sponsored listings.

**Data Analysis**:Utilize analytics tools and reports to track performance metrics, sales trends, and customer behavior. Make data-driven decisions to enhance product listings and marketing strategies.

**Customer Service**:Monitor and respond to customer reviews and inquiries promptly and professionally. Address any issues or concerns to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

**Competitor Analysis**:Keep abreast of industry trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and threats. Analyze competitor strategies and adjust our approach accordingly.

**Inventory Management**:Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely and accurate stock replenishment. Monitor inventory levels and provide forecasts to prevent stockouts or overstock situations.

**Performance Reporting**:Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, advertising ROI, and key metrics. Identify areas for improvement and implement actionable strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in e-commerce management, specifically on Amazon, Flipkart, or Nykka.
- Proficiency in using e-commerce platforms and analytics tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and in a team, with a results-oriented mindset.
