**Job Title**: Tendering Executive - GeM Portal

**Reports to**: Tendering Manager / Business Development Head
**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify and track relevant tenders, bids, and procurement opportunities on the **GeM portal**.
- Prepare and submit **technical and commercial bids** on the GeM portal in line with client specifications and timelines.
- Upload product/service catalogs, manage pricing, and update documentation regularly on the portal.
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, procurement, finance, legal) to gather required documents and approvals.
- Ensure timely registration, renewal, and compliance of vendor/company profile on GeM.
- Monitor and respond to online queries, corrigenda, and clarifications related to GeM tenders.
- Maintain comprehensive records of bids submitted, won/lost, and feedback received.
- Track performance metrics on the portal and suggest improvements to enhance visibility and win rates.
- Handle negotiations and communications with government buyers on the GeM platform.
- Stay updated with the latest GeM guidelines, procurement policies, and system updates.
**Requirements**:
**Education**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
**Experience**:
- 2-5 years of experience in tendering/bid management.
- **Minimum 1-2 years of hands-on experience with the GeM portal** is essential.
**Skills**:
- In-depth knowledge of the **GeM procurement process and compliance requirements**.
- Strong documentation, analytical, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience in government or public sector tendering.
- Familiarity with e-procurement portals other than GeM is a plus.
**Working Conditions**:
- Office-based with occasional requirement for virtual or physical coordination with government buyers or procurement officers.
- May require extended hours during key bid submissions.
Pay: ₹10,957.78 - ₹25,000.00 per month
