**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:
- Networking: Identify and engage with management-level individuals across various industries to establish and nurture relationships.
- Lead Generation: Utilize your network to generate leads and convert them into students for our courses.
- Relationship Management: Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients and partners.
- Presentations: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective students and corporate clients.
- Market Feedback: Provide regular feedback on market trends and customer needs to inform marketing and product development strategies.
- Sales Targets: Achieve personal and team sales targets by managing the sales pipeline effectively.
- Reporting: Report on sales activities and outcomes to management using CRM tools and other reporting systems.
**Requirements**:
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in field sales, preferably in the education or training sector.
- Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Proactivity: A proactive and results-oriented mindset with the ability to identify opportunities for growth.
- Mobility: A vehicle, a valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
- Education: A degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
