**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Content Strategy**: Collaborate with the creative team to create engaging and SEO-friendly content for blogs, social media, and websites.
- **SEO & SEM**: Optimize website content and structure to improve search rankings; manage PPC campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.
- **Social Media Marketing**: Develop and implement social media strategies across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter to build brand awareness and engagement.
- **Data Analysis**: Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, and prepare reports to assess ROI and improve strategies.
- **Lead Generation**: Develop strategies to generate and nurture leads, enhancing customer acquisition.
- **Trend Research**: Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to maintain competitive strategies.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with sales, design, and content teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing or a related role.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Certifications in Google Ads, SEO, or Digital Marketing are a plus.
- **Skills**:

- Expertise in tools like Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Facebook Ads Manager.
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and creative thinking skills.
- **Adaptability**: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
