**Job Role**: US IT/ NON-IT/ Healthcare Recruiters
**Location**:Vadodara, Gujarat (Onsite Role)
**Shift**: EST Night Shift

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Responsible for end-to-end recruitment Process.
- Strong experience in US Recruitment Cycle (Contract, Contract to Hire, Permanent) and terminology (Tax Terms, Employment Status, Time Zones etc.).
- Clear understanding of the US Staffing processes/ Techniques W2/ 1099/ Corp-to-Corp.
- Build and maintain strong relationships within our industry.
- Utilize social media to develop new leads.
- Utilize job boards and other online resources.
- Maintain applicant tracking system by keeping applicant and job data current and up-to-date according to established procedures.
- Determine applicant suitability by utilizing Diversified Solutions qualification standards (interviewing applicants, organize technical interviews, analysing responses, and drive internal hiring process).

**MINI**MUM REQUIREMENTS**:

- Proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter.
- Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g., phone, Skype, and structured).
- Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases (Jobdiva Preferred).
- Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g., social media recruiting and Boolean search).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
