Job Overview We are looking for a dynamic and responsible Executive to handle recruitment, sales training, and payroll management. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and organizational skills and a proactive approach to managing people and processes. Job Responsibilities: 1. Team Management - Recruit, train, and mentor a team of Sales Executives. - Set individual and team sales targets and monitor progress regularly. - Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback. 1. Sales Strategy Development - Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals. - Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets - Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new opportunities. - Collaborate with management to design promotional campaigns and initiatives. 1. Client Management - Build strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention. - Address client inquiries and concerns promptly to maintain a high level of service. - Ensure personalized attention to clients for a seamless experience. 1. Performance Monitoring - Track sales metrics and analyze data to improve team performance. - Identify and resolve bottlenecks in the sales process. - Prepare and present sales reports to upper management. 1. Training & Development - Organize training sessions to enhance team skills in product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service. - Foster a positive and motivational team environment to drive engagement and productivity. 1. Cross-functional Collaboration - Work closely with marketing and operations teams to align strategies and optimize lead conversion. - Provide feedback to improve the sales process and client offerings. 1. Compliance & Reporting - Ensure the team adheres to company policies and sales protocols. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities in the CRM system. 1. Achieving Revenue Goals - Focus on meeting monthly and quarterly sales targets for personal and team contributions. - Strive to grow revenue beyond baseline targets consistently. Key Skills & Requirements: - Proven experience in sales or sales management, preferably in a service-oriented industry. - Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to analyze data and craft actionable strategies. - Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business - 3+ years' of sales experience - Excellent written and verbal communication skills Preferred Qualities - Extrovert and Talkative - Organized and detail-oriented. - Positive attitude and ability to multitask. - Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. - Basic understanding of incentives and sales staff coordination.
