**Position**: Junior US Staffing Recruiter India

**Job Type**: Full-Time, Contract
**Location**: Mohali, India
- We are looking for Junior and Senior Level Recruiters for large direct and MSP clients located in the US.
- These recruiters will focus on either IT or Non-IT focused roles, based on your experience.
- We are in the process of hiring roughly 20 recruiters a month to catch up to the demand our US sales team is generating.
- This is an amazing opportunity for the right recruiters looking to scale with a growing company.

**Must have skills**:

- Recruiter must be used to high volumes of roles to work on effectivelyRecruiter must be able to work independently and on a high performing teamRecruiter must not be afraid to ask the questions and be on the phone

**RESPONSIBILITIES FOR RECRUITER**:

- Leverage recruiting knowledge, recruitment results and competitive BI to identify the right resources for the role.
- Partner with the recruitment marketing team to enhance the brand and online traction of roles.Actively engage with team leads and senior leadership on recruitment plans and results.

**REQUIRED EXPERIENCE FOR RECRUITER**:

- 2+ years recruiting experienceExperience with JobDiva a huge plus
