**FlexPLM Architect Job Description**

**Location**:India

**As a FlexPLM Solution Architect, your responsibilities include**:

- Designing & developing business solutions, working with business process owners, department heads, functional groups, I.T and others in the client ecosystem
- Designing the technical architecture for the solutions in a manner that allows ease of use and quick adoption by users in all the involved business groups for a diverse set of clients in the retail, footwear & apparel, and consumer goods industries
- Designing, developing and providing oversight to the development team related to the solution design, testing and deployment of the software solutions
- Collaborate as a key member of the sales team to represent the solution offering to the client and align the solution with final terms and conditions

**Requirements & Skills**

To qualify for our FlexPLM Architect position, you should possess the following skills:

- Strong knowledge of PLM software solution capabilities, such as Windchill, Bamboo Rose, NGC, Centric, etc.
- 7+ years relevant experience in PLM software solutions: Windchill and FlexPLM
- 6+ years minimum experience in Business Process Consulting, problem definition, Architecture/Design /Detailing of Processes
- Planning and tracking complex projects, and demonstrated ability to lead teams in high change environments
- Business critical software development and/or rollout in organizations
- Leading medium to large PLM implementations in the RFA industry
- Strong leadership, good influencing skills, excellent management and interpersonal skills to manage internal and external consultant teams and to work with senior management
- Ability to establish effective working relationships in a team environment
- Previous consulting experience strongly preferred
- Proven track record of gaining and sustaining executive relationships as a trusted business advisor
- Ability to present technical solutions to stakeholders
- Versatility, flexibility, and proactivity when resolving technical issues and dealing with ambiguity
- Effective Interpersonal, Organizational, and Time Management Skills
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with clients, peers, and managers
- Personal commitment to quality and on-schedule delivery; proven ability to establish and meet milestones and deadlines
- Management to help develop solutions and ensure stakeholder buy-in
- Superior analytical, technical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Willingness to travel up to 50%
