**Profile - Tech lead / Solution Architect**

**Work Mode - WFO Only**

The prime responsibilities of a Technical Lead/Manager includes the following:

- Providing technical leadership to the development team, providing inputs on architecture, design and algorithm
- Performing code reviews to ensure quality deliverable
- Provide technical and resource estimates for new work items
- Creating delivery plan, WBS, assign to the team and get it done
- Participate in new project discussion, PoC and Presales activities
- Perform Risk assessments, manage and mitigate project risks.**Mandatory Technical Skills & Experience**:
**BE/B.Tech** in computer science/electronics with extensive development experience in
- **C/C++/Linux** and lead level experience in
- **3G/LTE/LTE-IMS on RAN/CN** domains, SIP, Rich Communication Services.Good understanding of
- **3G/LTE stack, RRM, RRC, RLC, MAC, NAS procedures, S1AP, MME,**Hands on with 3GPP Specification and Motivate to work in
- **5G Development**
Knowledge of Cloud
- **RAN, 5G topology**

Experience in integrating small cell radio stacks on I
- **ntel/Octassic/Qualcomm** and other platforms
- Good knowledge of Continuous Integration and automation tools and frameworks
- Knowledge of
- **python** and
- **robot framework** is a plus- Role:
