**Responsibilities**:

- Perform regular reconciliation of payments, fees, returns, and other transactions across multiple 3P marketplaces.
- Identify and resolve transaction discrepancies by collaborating with internal teams and marketplace partners.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records to ensure seamless operations.
- Generate and share detailed reports on reconciliation and accounting activities with relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies, accounting standards, and company guidelines.
- Support internal and external audits by providing timely and accurate reconciliation data.

You will fit into this role if you:

- Have a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field.
- Bring 1+ years of experience in 3P marketplace reconciliation and accounting.
- Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a high degree of attention to detail.
- Are proficient in financial tools and Excel for data management and reporting.
- Are a self-starter who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced e-commerce environment.

Pay: Up to ₹700,000.00 per year
