**Profile of E-commerce executive**
- Amazon Listing Optimization (SEO, A+ Content, and Product Pages)
- Buy box winning
- Inventory Management & Replenishment
- Price Monitoring & Competitive Analysis
- Sales & Conversion Optimization
- Data Analysis & Reporting (e.g., Seller Central, Excel)
- End to end E-commerce Marketplace Operations
- Promotions & Deal Management.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Amazon Listing Management**:

- Skilled in creating, optimizing, and managing product listings on Amazon.
- Strong understanding of Amazon’s search algorithm, including keyword research and optimization.

**Buy Box Observation**:

- Monitor and analyze the Buy Box status on various ecommerce platforms.
- Develop strategies to win the Buy Box from competitors.

**Pricing Management**:

- Regularly review and update product prices to remain competitive.
- Track competitor pricing and make necessary adjustments.

**Inventory Management**:

- Maintain accurate inventory records.
- Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure timely stock replenishment.
- Conduct regular stock audits.

**Returns Management**:

- Handle customer returns and process refunds in a timely manner.
- Investigate and resolve any return-related issues.

**Customer Coordination**:

- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and complaints.
- Coordinate with customers regarding their orders, returns, and feedback.

**Data Analysis & Reporting**:

- Strong proficiency in tools like Excel, Amazon Seller Central reports

**Communication**:

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Work with accounting team to handle marketplace disputes, Refund claims, and operations-level reconciliations

Amazon E-commerce executive, Amazon Seller central experience, Flipkart seller experience, Myntra, Shopify or woocommerce experience are all preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
