- Must have experience in premium retail stores with leading brands in India
- Must have experience as Store Customer Service executive managing customer complaints, escalations and dealing with after sales and replacements
- Must have excellent communication skills in English.
- Has a very pleasing personality and highly presentable and a very confident attitude

**General Requirements**:

- All Applicants must have a minimum bachelor’s degree Education
- Passport with minimum 8 months Validity
- Be ready to work in any Location/ Emirate in the UAE
- Must be in good health and fully vaccinated for Covid
- Must have excellent communication skills in English
- Be able to join as soon as the Visa comes through
