Role Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Engagement
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, and other key decision-makers in the luxury market.
- Conduct regular meetings with architects to understand their project needs and present suitable product solutions from our diverse range.
- Organize and host product presentations, showroom tours, and events to showcase our offerings.
2. Sales and Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our market reach.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches tailored to the specific needs of each client.
- Follow up on inquiries and leads promptly to convert them into sales opportunities.
3. Marketing Strategy:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted marketing campaigns that resonate with architects and luxury clients.
- Provide insights and feedback on market trends and customer preferences to inform product development and marketing strategies.
4. Market Analysis and Reporting:
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand competitive landscape.
- Monitor sales performance and generate regular reports to track progress against targets.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve sales and marketing effectiveness.
5. Customer Service:
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of our product range to provide expert advice and support to clients.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of successfully building relationships and closing deals with high-end clients.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of the luxury market and its unique customer needs.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events.
