**Job Title: Purchase Executive/Purchase Manger - Construction Field**

**Location**: Hyderabad

**Job Type**: Full-Time

**Experience Level**: 3-5years

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Procurement Management**:

- Source and procure construction materials, equipment, and services in accordance with project requirements.
- Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to ensure cost-effective purchasing and favorable terms.
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- **Inventory Control**:

- Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure an uninterrupted supply of materials.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.
- Implement effective inventory control measures to minimize wastage and reduce costs.
- **Cost Management**:

- Prepare and manage budgets for procurement activities.
- Analyze market trends and pricing to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with budgetary constraints and project timelines.
- **Vendor Management**:

- Evaluate and select suppliers based on quality, cost, reliability, and delivery timelines.
- Conduct regular performance reviews of vendors and address any issues or concerns.
- Develop and maintain a vendor database for quick reference and procurement efficiency.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, invoices, and delivery receipts.
- Prepare regular reports on procurement activities, cost analysis, and supplier performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- **Coordination and Communication**:

- Collaborate with project managers, site supervisors, and other stakeholders to understand procurement needs and priorities.
- Communicate effectively with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and resolve any issues.
- Coordinate with the finance department for timely payment processing and reconciliation.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in procurement within the construction industry.
- Strong understanding of construction materials, equipment, and services.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

- Bachelor's (preferred)
