**Job Type**: Full-time

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Source, negotiate, and purchase materials, components, and services from local and approved vendors.
- Raise and manage Purchase Orders (POs) in line with company procurement policies.
- Maintain updated records of purchases, pricing, delivery terms, and supplier databases.
- Coordinate with internal departments (production, stores, accounts) to forecast material requirements.
- Follow up with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery and resolve any supply issues or delays.
- Evaluate vendor performance based on quality, cost, delivery, and responsiveness.
- Ensure timely payment to vendors by coordinating with the accounts team and verifying invoices.
- Assist in developing alternative vendors to mitigate risks and ensure supply chain continuity.
- Monitor inventory levels and initiate procurement accordingly to avoid stockouts or overstocking.
- Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and audit requirements.

**Key Skills Required**:

- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Knowledge of raw materials and components used in manufacturing
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Tally, SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Basic understanding of inventory and supply chain management
- Good knowledge of taxation and documentation related to purchases (GST, PO, GRN, etc.)
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)

**Educational Qualification**:

- Graduate in any discipline (preferably B.Com / BBA / B.Sc)
- Diploma or certification in Materials Management or Supply Chain is a plus
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience as a Purchase Executive in a manufacturing setup
- Must be proactive, detail-oriented, and a good team player
- Should have experience in handling local and domestic vendors

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
