**Job Title**:Purchase Executive

**Reports to**: Purchase Manager

**Employment Type**:Full-time

**Location - Hyderabad**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and maintain strong vendor relationships.
- Process purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with internal departments to meet procurement needs.
- Analyze market trends and supplier performance to optimize costs and quality.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and industry regulations.
- Manage and resolve supplier-related issues, including delays or quality concerns.
- Prepare reports on procurement activities, cost savings, and supplier performance.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in procurement or purchasing roles.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and procurement software.
- Knowledge of procurement best practices, market trends, and vendor management.
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in manufacturing procurement.
