**Job description**

- To initiate purchase requisitions for the replacement of stock of all regular stores items whenever the stock level of any item of store approaches the minimum limit fixed in respect thereof.
- To check and receive purchased materials forwarded by the receiving department and to arrange for the storage in appropriate places.
- To issue materials only in required quantities against authorized requisition notes/material lists.
- Develop and implement purchase strategies.
- Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers
- Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing
- Prepare cost estimates and manage budgets.
- coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage
- Review quality of purchased products and issuance of purchase order.
- Adherence according to PO conditions and timely supply of material to plant for uninterrupted production
- Manage records of all orders, payments, and business stock.

**QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE**:
**Food Manufacturing industry experience is a must.**

Preference will be given who can join Immediately.
