**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Lead Generation & Management**:
- Maintain and update the sales pipeline using CRM tools.
**Client Relationship Management**:
- Build and nurture relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions.
**Product Knowledge & Presentations**:
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the company’s products and services, particularly those in IT and electrical domains.
- Conduct product presentations, demos, and technical discussions to prospective clients.
**Sales Strategy Execution**:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve or exceed targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to align efforts.
**Market Research & Reporting**:
- Analyze market trends, competition, and customer needs in the IT/electrical industry.
- Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and feedback to the management.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in sales, preferably in the IT or electrical industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to understand technical specifications and translate them into business value.
**Preferred Skills**:
- Knowledge of IT or electrical systems, components, or solutions.
- Experience in B2B sales or client management.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
**Employment Type**: Full-Time
Pay: ₹9,566.33 - ₹35,675.04 per month
