**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make calls to potential customers and college from the provided database or leads.
- Explain the service and courses offerings clearly and persuasively.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable services & courses.
- Generate qualified leads and follow up to convert them into sales.
- Maintain a record of calls, sales, and customer information.
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Collaborate with the sales team and report performance updates.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum qualification: High School Diploma / Graduate (any stream).
- Proven experience in telecalling, telesales, or a similar role is a plus.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle rejections and remain confident.
- Good knowledge of relevant computer programs.
- Fluent in [languages required - e.g., English, Hindi, regional language].
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
