- They handle inbound calls, provide information, address customer inquiries, and resolve issues.
- Key tasks include following scripts, recording call details in CRM systems, and meeting sales targets.
- They build and maintain customer relationships, collect feedback, and report on call outcomes.
- Effective communication, handling objections, and achieving performance metrics are crucial aspects of the role.
- They must stay motivated, professional, and adaptable to customer needs and responses.

**Profie Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent, with prior experience of 1-3 yrs in telecalling, customer service, or sales preferred.
- Fluent English is mandatory
- Strong communication skills, a clear and confident telephone manner, and the ability to handle objections are essential.
- Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks are important.
- A professional attitude and flexibility to work various shifts, if needed, are also required.
- A positive and customer-focused approach is crucial for success in this role.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
