**Cargo**:
**Principais responsabilidades da função**:

- Subir vagas em nosso sistema (usamos um ATS);
- Adaptar a redação dos jobs description de novas vagas no ATS;
- Atualizar o template de novas vagas no Canva e publicar em todas as redes sociais com link de aplicação;
- Fazer textos atrativos da oferta das vagas em comunidades fechadas, despertando o interesse das pessoas em se canditatarem;
- Manter organizado a lista de comunidades e grupos;
- Promover captação de talentos através de hunting para os processos seletivos de clientes;
- Atualizar cards de vagas em CRM, publicando o link de onde foi divulgada;
- Subir campanhas de vagas na BM para tráfego pago.

**Requisitos**:

- Conhecer o mercado digital;
- Ter excelente ortografia;
- Dominar redes sociais;

**Requisitos comportamentais**:

- Senso de urgência;
- Ser mão na massa;
- Ser pro-ativo e resolutivo

**Diferenciais**:

- Noções de inbound marketing;
- Noções de employer branding
