**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive website traffic, and generate leads and sales.
- Conduct research and analyze data to identify target audiences, customer behavior, and market trends.
- Develop and implement strategies for organic and paid social media campaigns.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns and make recommendations for improvements.
- Manage and optimize website content, design, and layout for optimal user experience and search engine optimization (SEO).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, content, and development to ensure consistency in brand messaging and website design.
- Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and emerging technologies and make recommendations for their integration into our digital marketing strategies.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Proficient in Google Analytics and other digital marketing analytics tools.
- Strong communication and project management skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
- Creative thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
