Service Advisor

Experience in the automotive field may be advantageous.
- Excellent customer service, interpersonal skills
- The ability to communicate with mechanics, customers, and management
- Maintaining positive customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
- Greet customers and assist them in identifying their vehicle service needs.
- Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and document findings.
- Provide accurate estimates for repairs and maintenance services.
- Explain services and repairs clearly and concisely to customers.
- Schedule appointments and manage the service workflow to optimize efficiency.
- Follow up with customers regarding service status and completion.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and industry trends.
- Collaborate with technicians to ensure accurate diagnostics and timely repairs.
- Process customer payments and maintain accurate records of transactions.

Pay: Up to ₹18,000.00 per month
