**JD For Affiliate Manager**:
1. Experience in an affiliate marketing role.
2. Acquire new partners to grow the affiliate scheme.
3. Recruiting new affiliates to run CPA, CPI and CPL campaigns.
4. Work with Affiliate Executives to find the best solutions for affiliate partners.
5. Manage the affiliate budget, including commission and budget spend.
6. Train up a team of Affiliate Executives to ensure their knowledge is up to date and accurate.
7. Oversee all affiliate campaigns.
8. Initiate new campaign ideas, incentives and bonuses for the affiliate scheme.
9. Negotiating terms of the deal (rates & payment schedule).
10. Hands on Experience and Understanding on Platforms Like Hasoffers, Cake are and added Advantage.
11. Analyze campaign activity to ensure affiliates deliver the best ROI.
12. Manage a team of Affiliate Executives, ensuring campaigns are kept within budget and maximum ROI is achieved.
13. Manage the affiliate budget, including commission and budget spend.
14. Deliver affiliate marketing reports to senior management.
15. Develop the affiliate marketing strategy with the aim of recruiting new affiliate partners and delivering sales volume.
16. Ensure timely and accurate invoicing by agencies and affiliates.
17. Monitor publisher activity, analyze performance, identify areas of improvement, and recommend ways to increase publisher -generated revenue.
18. Recruit new publishers and partners through research, referrals and other avenues.
19. Oversee the distribution and implementation of marketing tools and sales creative to publishers.
20. Initiate new campaign ideas, incentives and performance plans.
21. Interact with affiliates and publishers to establish relationships, and proactively manage the existing relationships on an on-going basis.
22. Monitor affiliate activity, analyse performance, identify areas of improvement, and recommend ways to increase affiliate -generated revenues.
23. Maintain high level of communication with affiliates, publishers and recommend new campaigns to publishers.
24. Supply creative packages, links and reporting to publishers as needed.
25. Communicate and monitor compliance or brand guidelines in affiliate channel.
26. Proactively monitor traffic sources on all campaigns.
27. Set and manage monthly, quarterly and annual goals for revenue growth.
28. Manage top tier accounts and develop affiliate contact management strategy.
