**Role and Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for Partnerships, Alliances and Affiliate Marketing.
- Handling affiliate marketing platform to run the whole show
- Have past experience working with affiliate networks
- Expertise in designing, formulating & executing CPS affiliate Model
- Onboard new Networks/Partners etc. & take ownership of driving their performance efficacy & volume
- Ensure that all campaigns are planned, tracked and operate towards specific business and growth objectives
- Work closely with the internal CRM, Product, and Creative Teams to ensure timely & smooth campaign execution, conversion, re-targeting & performance tracking.
- Measure and optimize performance
- Actively monitor and report performance hits & misses around affiliate marketing performance for respective source/network/partner. Along with tactical & strategic solutions to drive conversions

**Qualifications**:

- 2-3 yrs of experience in affiliate marketing
- Experience with affiliate platforms like Rakuten, CJ, Affise
- Self-starter with the ability to take ownership, display high commitment and multitask
- Good oral and written communication skills
