ORM and Affiliate Manager
• Recruit and Manage Publisher/Affiliate Traffic Sources: Responsible for sourcing and
managing affiliates and publishers for our mobile ad network. This involves identifying
potential partners, negotiating agreements, and fostering strong relationships to drive traffic
and revenue.
• Optimize Affiliate Performance: Continuously monitor affiliate performance metrics,
analyze data, and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI and meet KPIs.
• Stay Updated on Industry Trends: Keep abreast of industry trends, developments, and best
practices in online and mobile advertising, lead generation, and arbitrage media buying.
• Campaign optimization: Manage the campaign process end-to-end including: partner
research, campaign objective development, campaign development/execution,
optimization, analytics, and reporting.
• Global Expansion: Support international growth by localising affiliate strategies across key
regions (North America, MEA, EU & SEA).
• Monitoring: Tracking online mentions, reviews, and social media activity related to the
brand or individual.
• Analysis: Evaluating online sentiment and identifying potential reputation risks or
opportunities.
• Engagement: Responding to online reviews and social media comments, addressing
concerns, and fostering positive interactions.
• Crisis Management: Developing and executing strategies to handle and mitigate negative
publicity or reputation crises.
• Reporting: Analysing and reporting on online reputation metrics to inform strategies and
track progress.
Desired Skills -
• 6-8+ years of experience in affiliate, referral, or ORM preferably in Edtech, B2C or eCommerce.
• Demonstrated success scaling affiliate programs that drive qualified leads and pipeline at scale.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills; ability to connect affiliate performance to broader marketing
KPIs.
• Hands-on experience with affiliate platforms and tools (e.g., Awin, Rakuten, Impact, GA4).
• Excellent partner management skills—you know how to build relationships that drive value on both
sides.
• Strong project management and ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
