**About the Job**

As an Affiliate/Marketplace Executive, you will play a key role in managing lead generation from third-party marketplaces, overseeing affiliate programs, and coordinating arrangements with third-party payment providers for promotional activities.

**Responsibilities**
- Manage lead generation activities from third-party marketplaces, ensuring a steady flow of qualified leads.
- Develop and execute strategies to optimize affiliate programs, including recruitment, activation, and retention of affiliates.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with affiliate partners to maximize promotional opportunities and revenue generation.
- Coordinate with third-party payment providers to facilitate seamless payment processing for promotional campaigns and offers.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align affiliate and marketplace strategies with overall business objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in affiliate marketing and marketplace management.
- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate performance, trends, and opportunities to stakeholders.

**Qualifications**
- Master's / bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, e-commerce, or a related field required.(1-5 years of experience)
- Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and marketplaces.
- Familiarity with e-commerce operations.
- Understanding of affiliate marketing principles and best practices.
- Experience in managing affiliate programs.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English
- Be able to work efficiently with mínimal supervision
- Ability to take and incorporate feedback, and a drive to evolve with the changing trends
- Willing to Start Immediately.
- Kind and dedicated to work.

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Affiliate marketing: 1 year (preferred)
- total work: 5 years (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- HSR Layout, Bengaluru, Karnataka (required)
