
Customer Support Intern/executive

We are on the lookout for a proactive individual with a deep interest in the Customer Support field to join our team, who will be responsible for expanding our global customer base, managing international client relationships, and achieving sales targets. **Responsibilities**:
- Provide exceptional customer support, technical assistance, and detailed product knowledge for our ecommerce platform.
- Proactively engage with customers to ensure a positive experience and foster long-term relationships.
- Address customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations promptly and professionally.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately through our CRM system.
- Collaborate with sales and technical teams to resolve complex issues and continuously improve customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and support activities.
**Qualifications**:
- 6 months of experience in customer support, preferably in a technology related field.
- A strong willingness to learn and develop new skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to convey technical information clearly.
- Proficient in CRM systems and ecommerce platforms.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines effectively.
- Problem-solving skills, multitasking, and a customer centric mindset.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
