Case Management: Efficiently handle cases in the domains of Civil, Criminal, RERA, Consumer, Arbitration, winding up, and others specific to real estate and development.
- Research: Conduct thorough legal research to support cases and provide insights on pertinent laws and regulations.
- Documentation: Draft, review, and modify legal documents related to land, lease, revenue, RTI appeals, and should be able to streamline and maintain updates on all company / firms’ cases and papers, should have a thorough knowledge of the translation of notices and legal documents from English to Marathi and vice versa.
- Representation: Represent the company in legal proceedings, ensuring that the company's interests are always protected.
- Communication: Efficiently communicate with various stakeholders, including clients, other lawyers, and the judiciary, in a clear and concise manner, Assist senior lawyer in his day-to-day work, knowledge of civil proceedings and other legal.
- Recovery Management: Address cheque bounce cases, oversee recovery cases, and strategize for successful outcomes.

Key Qualifications and Requirements:

- Proficiency in English, Marathi, and Hindi, both in reading and writing.
- **Lawyer with 5 to 10 year experience in litigation.**:

- Experience in handling a diverse range of cases, especially those relevant to real estate and development.
- Strong research skills and knowledge of the latest legal trends and judgments.
- Degree in Law from a reputed institution.
- Proactive, diligent, and able to work under tight timelines.
