**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify and onboard new retailers, distributors, and channel partners in assigned territory.
- Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets and ensure consistent revenue growth.
- Develop and maintain strong business relationships with existing clients.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and consumer preferences.
- Execute product launches, promotions, and trade marketing activities.
- Monitor competitor activities and suggest appropriate actions.
- Regularly update CRM/sales tools with accurate data.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and manage credit limits.
- Provide daily/weekly sales reports and forecasts to management.
**Key Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in FMCG sales, distribution, or business development.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
- Local market knowledge and language fluency is a plus.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹9,051.78 - ₹45,078.45 per month
