**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**Job responsibilities**
- Supports the day-to-day maintenance of the firm’s systems to ensure operational stability and availability
- Assist in the monitoring of production environments for anomalies and address issues utilizing standard observability tools
- Identify issues for escalation and communication, and provide solutions to the business and technology stakeholders

**Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills**
- 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise troubleshooting, resolving, and maintaining information technology services
- Experience in observability and monitoring tools and techniques like Geneos, Splunk, Grafana, Dynatrace/Appdynamics
- Exposure to processes in scope of the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) framework

**Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills**
- Experience with one or more general purpose programming languages and/or automation scripting
- Hands on experience with support tools like Autosys, ControlM, Geneos, Splunk, Grafana, Dynatrace, JIRA, SNOW, DevOps tools, public cloud, K8s commands, AWS infrastructure understanding will be added advantage.
- Oracle database SQL queries, Unix/Python commands/scripting and able to participate and lead standup calls, incident management calls, problem review calls, Change reviews etc.
- Understanding of SRE concepts and support methodology.
