**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**Job responsibilities**
- Supports the day-to-day maintenance of the firm’s systems to ensure operational stability and availability
- Assist in the monitoring of production environments for anomalies and address issues utilizing standard observability tools
- Identity issues for escalation and communication, and provide solutions to the business and technology stakeholders

**Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills**
- 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise troubleshooting, resolving, and maintaining information technology services
- Experience in observability and monitoring tools and techniques. Windows and Linux OS and basic System Admin, Databases : Oracle/MS SQL / GOS DB / Mongo DB. Application Performance Monitoring : AppDynamics, Dynatrace, Splunk or experience of any other APM toolsets
- Cloud technologies : AWS/Kubernetes or exposure to any cloud technology preferred
- Scheduling tools : Autosys/ControlM, Scripting : Shell, Python, Ticketing System : ServiceNow & Jira (preferred ) or usage of any other Change, Incident, problem or Service management tools, Awareness of Software Development Life cycle, DevOps, SRE preferred. Collaboration tools : Symphony, Confluence SharePoint etc. Usage of automation and analytical tools etc
- Exposure to processes in scope of the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) framework

**Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills**
- Experience with one or more general purpose programming languages and/or automation scripting
- Working understanding of public cloud
