- We’re looking for an experienced Scrum Master to drive a culture of continuous improvement
- You’ll make sure that your team lives by the values of Scrum, empowering them to become high-performing to increase their productivity and the quality of delivery
- Hone your project skills as you work with talented people in a collaborative and innovative environment
- We're offering this role at associate vice president level

**What you'll do**:
Day-to-day, you'll coach and guide your team to perform at their highest level and at a sustainable pace. You'll make sure that the Scrum team uses Agile practices and the Scrum framework and values to deliver working software to satisfy platform customers and react to their needs quickly.

Alongside this, you’ll remove any impediments to progress, facilitate meetings, protect the team from outside influences or distractions and work with the Product Owner to make sure that the product backlog is in good shape and ready for the next sprint.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Transforming the Scrum team to become self-organising to reduce our management overhead costs by using techniques like systems and lean thinking
- Creating a great place to work through a culture of safety and continuous improvement, great people leadership, coaching, engagement and the development of skills
- Acting as the Process Owner for your team and maintaining a good working relationship with your project's key stakeholders

**The skills you'll need**:
We'll need you to have experience of successful Scrum adoption and a Scrum Master certification. Alongside this, you'll have at least eight years' experience and an understanding of how to coach a team to become high-performing to increase their productivity, frequency and quality.

You’ll also need knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment and increasing transparency.

Furthermore, you'll demonstrate:

- Experience of changing organisational, team or department mindsets and structures
- A good knowledge of the Agile manifesto and its principles
- Experience of automated testing frameworks
- The ability to drive continous improvement
