- We’ll look to you to undertake testing activities to agreed timescales, costs and quality to prove that solutions satisfy our customers' needs and business' operating principles
- You’ll be supporting the delivery of testing projects, identifying impacts and managing resulting changes
- As part of an innovative team, you can expect great visibility for you and your work as you collaborate with a range of key stakeholders
- We're offering this role at associate vice president level

**What you'll do**:
As a Scrum Master, you’ll be supporting with the completion of system integration, user acceptance and regression testing within release schedule deadlines and escalating issues identified during testing to make sure adequate resolution or workaround is implemented.

You'll be delivering and troubleshooting automation, functional, API and end-to-end tests, providing support in highlighting all software, including non-functional requirements and hardware requirements, and making sure that the test environment is fit for purpose.

Day-to-day, you’ll be:

- Understanding and analysing testing requirements while working with colleagues to plan and manage the work necessary to perform and monitor testing for projects
- Reviewing and providing feedback on project documents to aid with the creation of test plans, test schedules and test strategies
- Producing test plans to detail the approach to the planning and delivery of tests for a specific phase of testing that aligns to the test strategy
- Establishing and building relationships to facilitate the achievement of goals and support the momentum of projects throughout the project lifecycle

**The skills you'll need**:
To succeed in this role, you’ll need experience of Core Java or Python and devising automation frameworks for API testing and UI testing. Alongside this, you'll have an understanding of how to write database queries and work on CI/CD models, including Git and CI pipeline automation tools.

Furthermore, you’ll demonstrate:

- Experience of the systems development lifecycle
- Good data reconciliation automation experience on various RDBMS, non-RDBMS and Cloud-based storages
- Excellent analytical skills
- Experience in non-functional testing, load, volume, stress, security, accessibility, compatibility, penetration and back-out
- The ability to gather and interpret information from a range of different sources and in a number of different ways
